I enjoyed your take on this book. I actually go to do an interview with WTB and CH. If you can, check it out. It goes into the process of co-authoring and answers a few questions you've posed. The bonus part is that these two guys are totally cool and really stoked for God. It comes through in their writing without beating people over the head with evangelism.
